Fruit Parfait

What you will need:

  • 4 cups of frozen fruit
  • 2 cup of non-fat Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 cups prepared granola (available cereal section of most stores)


1. In a clear glass or bowl, mix the yogurt with the honey
2. Prepare fruit
3. Set out four 8-oz. cups (1 for each person)
4. For each person:
5. Layer 1/8 cup of yogurt, 1/8 cup of granola 1/ 4 cup of sliced fruit
6. Repeat the layers a second time: 1/8 cup of yogurt, 1/8 cup of granola, and top with º cup of fruit

NOTE: You may put less in each layer to finish with more layers if you have a narrow, deep serving dish. Each person should end up with a Ω cup yogurt, Ω cup granola, and 1 cup of fruit.

Serves 4
