What you will need:
- 1 bunch chives
- 1/2 bunch italian parsely
- 1/4 bunch mint
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 anchovies
- 1 large shallot, diced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 splash of champagne vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender of food processor and pulse until mixed thoroughly.
