What you will need:
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1 lemon
- 1 handfull of your favorite herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsely, tarragon, etc.)
- 1 cedar plank
- extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat grill.
Rub the salmon with olive oil and salt.
Place salmon on the cedar plank; cut 5-6 slits across the top of the salmon with a knife, making sure not to cut all the way through.
Slice half of the lemon and stuff slices into the slits. Sprinkle fresh herbs across the top of the fish while also stuffing herbs into the slits with the lemon slices where possible.
Place the plank with the fish on the grill for 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.
